When you fill out the quote request form on this site, you provide your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, and whatever project details you choose to include in the message field. If you call, text, or email us directly, we receive whatever you share in that conversation.

If we move forward with a quote or a job, we may also collect your property address, notes about the property and the work discussed, photos of the work area taken for planning and before-and-after purposes, and billing details needed to invoice you.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs. These may include your IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages you visited, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used for security and to keep the site running reliably.

We do not run advertising trackers or analytics profiling on this site, and the site itself does not set marketing or advertising cookies.

• Netlify — hosts this website and processes quote form submissions, which are delivered to us by email and stored in our account.
• Google Fonts — delivers the typefaces used on this site; your browser requests these files from Google's servers.
• Cloudflare (cdnjs) — delivers the animation library used for the site's scrolling effects.
• Amazon CloudFront — delivers some of the project images shown on our service pages.

We may also share information where we're legally required to, or where it's necessary to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep information

Quote requests that don't turn into work are kept only as long as they're useful for following up. Records tied to completed jobs — estimates, invoices, and job notes — are kept as long as needed for our business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it.

How we protect your information

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to quote submissions is limited to the owner. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, delete your information, or stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law; we honor those requests regardless of where you're located.
